Returns & Quality Guarantee
Every item at Take a Hike Company is custom-made specifically for you upon order. Because of this on-demand process, we do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection. We strongly encourage you to review the size charts provided on each product page before completing your purchase. However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we are committed to making it right with a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Reporting an Issue
Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 10 days of the date the product was received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date. To start a claim, please email us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once we verify the error with our fulfillment partner, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out immediately.
Incorrect Addresses & Unclaimed Shipments
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an address is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our fulfillment facility. You will be responsible for the reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. Similarly, shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the facility and will require a new shipping fee to be sent back out. Unclaimed returns that are not resolved within 30 days are donated to charity and are no longer eligible for reshipment.
