Shipping Policy
On Demand Shipping
All products are made-to-order specifically for you to reduce waste and overproduction. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be fulfilled. Once shipped, delivery within Canada typically takes 3–9 business days. International orders may take 10–20 business days depending on your location and local customs processing. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order leaves the facility.
Shipping Rates & Destinations
While we primarily serve the Canadian market, we offer worldwide shipping. Shipping rates are calculated based on weight and destination and are displayed at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or VAT upon arrival; these charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Support & Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with your local postal carrier or neighbors before reaching out. For orders that arrive damaged or misprinted, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will work quickly with our fulfillment partners to ensure a replacement is sent your way.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Because our system is automated through Printful, we are unable to redirect packages once they have entered the fulfillment stage. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item to the correct destination.
